Product Review-Mamaearth Mothers Range

As a mother we go through a lot and expect very less in return,all we want is love from our babies and care from the loved ones.When we talk about motherhood and the products related to it are all about babies.So here comes a brand which launched its Mothers range exclusive for mothers  on Mothers day.

So as you all know I have been using the Mama Earth Baby products since a while now and loving it.When Mama Earth  launched its Mothers range of product, I was more than excited to try them out and guess what! They were kind enough to send across three of their products for an honest review.

I have a habit of checking the ingredients (side effects of being mother) so when I Unboxed and held my hands on the non toxic Mothers range the first thing I did was a quick glance at the back side of the bottles to check and was more than happy to see the check boxes with

• phthalates free
• mineral oil free
• paraben free
• SLS free 

marked on it.And yes not to miss it is enriched with their secret mama’s love oil.

I have been using the Body wash and body Lotion daily and have used the hair mask thrice.This review is based on my personal experience with the product.

Mamaearth Calming Body Wash

As a mother all you long for is a long pampering session where you can take bath without your kids knocking at the door and asking you what you are doing inside.Well that is a dream but at least if you can grab that loofah and apply a body wash is a bargain enough.So my bargain is with this product.

The body wash is lathery and has a strong soothing peppery fragrance.A small amount on loofah is enough for a soapy lathery bath.

I have a dry skin and it didn’t dry my skin out post bath.After my bath I use the lotion which is reviewed below as well.

Mamaearth Nourishing Body Lotion

So I have a dry skin , the real test of the skin care products comes in with the lotions.It has be extremely long-lasting with moisturising my skin to get a thumbs up from my end.The Mama Earth Lotion has again a very peppery fragrance just like the body wash but is milder.

The Lotion is not sticky and quickly absorbs into the skin keeping the skin hydrated and moisturised for a long time.I will be testing this product again in winters to see the effectiveness as the real test of lotions is when they are applied in winters.

I suggest using the lotion after patting your skin dry after bath with a body wash.Reason is simple body wash is not harsh and doesn’t dry the skin out patting and not rubbing retains the effect of water on the skin and applying a lotion on a hydrated skin makes the lotion last for a longer duration.

Mamaearth Argan Hair Mask

I have used it thrice and let me share my very honest experience with you all.As I have mentioned I have a dry skin and yes I have dry hair too.

The first time I used the hair mask it left my hair dry and frizzy.I was disappointed but I thought of giving it a try at least  thrice before giving my verdict.The second time I used and I expected the same result but to my surprise my hair felt soft ,the effect was visible a day after the use.The same happened when I used it for the third time my hair felt soft and shiny.I used it thrice in a span of 10 days and my hair feel much better now.

The reason why my hair felt dry and frizzy for the first time was I was expecting a miracle in just one wash.Hair products have a long-term effect and specially when you have dry hair the products take time to show results.

While I was pregnant I never bothered about checking the products I used but I seriously wish I did.And I so wish MamaEarth was launched then,I would leave a suggestion with MamaEarth to introduce a pregnancy Gift pack so that I can gift my expecting friends with this bundle of non toxic goodness.
